This self-paced course helps you prepare for the National Career Certification Board (NCCB) Catering Associate certification exam. It follows the Sant Maur textbook Catering Associate: Professional Foundations for Event and Banquet Service chapter by chapter, with reading, practice activities and a quiz for each of the 12 modules.
Each module opens when you pass the quiz for the module before it (80% to pass, unlimited retakes). The course ends with a 60-question readiness check. You have 90 days of access from the date of purchase.
Please note: this course is exam preparation only. It does not award a certificate or credential. You earn your credential by passing the NCCB certification exam, which is offered separately by the National Career Certification Board.
